tires rubbing after offroad

I have a 06 runner with daystar 2.5/1.5 and 255/75/17. I've always had that little bit of rubbing going in reverse and was ok with that. So I went wheelin on Sa****ay and did scrape the bottom of the bumper a little but not bad. So i get home and now still in reverse it is rubbing really bad. But when I look at the bumper everything is still in the same place, everything lines up and it seems the wheel well guard is still in the same place. could something else have happened. could everything have shifted without me noticing it.

So i guess it makes sense looking at that picture that if I hit that plastic peice that hangs down it could of pushed out the inner wheel well without it looking to out of place. What is the purpose of that anyway. Can I just cut the whole bottom section out? is it for draining? I was just worried I did some actual damage without knowing it. thanks for the help.

so I loosened the screws and shoved the plastic back as far as possible. Still rubs in reverse. Also I am gonna have to check tomorrow in the daylight but i swear that side is sitting almost half an inch lower than the other side now. I guess I could of blown a shock on the trail I was on but don't these tires fit without a lift at all, so it shouldn't make a difference if that side is sittin lower right? i know I can just go out there and start trimming but I guess I am just trying to figure out why it happened first.

do u have the stock wheels? if not maybe bumper trim is needed? (drivers side does sit a bit lower than pass. on some) or maybe the alignment went out from wheeling. my guess is the bottom was was bent just enough so the tip hits when backing up. heres JAs link for trimming if ya need it. ya, it is the driver side and no they are the goodyear silent armor 255/75/17. I know the steering wheel is cocked now after the run so maybe it is the alignment. I will have that looked into. I didn't know the alignment could cause that kind of rubbing by being out. thanks.

Still rubs. I need to get it into a alignment shop just haven't had time lately. I'll let you know as soon as I get the alignment to see if that fixed it.
