This has been discussed MANY times here on the forum so I would recommend doing a quick search for more details.
IMO, b/w those two tires, the BFT MAY rub due to its sqaured shape. Some owners report slight rubbing and some don't...it tends to vary as most 4runners are not exactly the same. However, the Terra Grappler should be fine at stock. I can't recall anyone reporting any major rubbing issues.
The above information is assuming no wheel spacers. Once you introduce wheel spacers into the equation, you also introduce a different type of rubbing due to the tires new position further out in the wheel well. This is normally done to a)Clear the UCA and b)to get rid of the "sucked in" look. This is only my opinion as I dont have either of these tires/wheel spacers yet but have done a lot of research so do with it what you will.
EDIT: I just realized that you may have meant a spacer lift and not wheel spacers. If so, you will definately be fine without it to run any 265/70 tire from a significant rubbing standpoint. Looks wise...thats a whole other area.
