I know this is probably not helping, but I have a personal opinion about Terra Grapplers.

They are the most amazing godly looking tire wrapped around these rims::bugeye:

I will get them with terragrapplers one day...

Why do you like the Terragrappler so much? I don't have anything against it, just wondering.

Aren't those Tundra/Sequoia rims 17"?

yes sir!

well if you were asking me, its only because I love the sidewalls, not too out there yet not too streetlike.

This one guy with a Tacoma has those rims and tires and since I've always wanted those rims, I could've cried at how great they were.

some of the best looking factory wheels right there. :D

I wish I could afford some FJ wheels though.

gotcha. thanks, where will they rub? i would like to trim whatever i can to prevent this

If they rub it should only be the black inner fender liner or possibley the mud flaps

hahaha thats 100% exactly what im trying to get right now!!!

may even have them powder coated black!

If you get the those Sequoia rims, they have a different offset and will sit closer into the center of the car, so to even out the look you might need spacers. Wouldn't be required though

yea i was thinking inch and a half spacers to give it that extra boost. plus im planning on adding the revteck spacer lift, so it should fill out nicely :D

You are probably still going to rub with the spacers. Possibly worse. Where you would have possible minimal rubbing on the fender liner, if you use spacers I can almost guarantee you will rub on the front lower valance.

i bought 1.5 inch spacers because my tires were uncomfortably close to the upper control arm, mine still rub the back of the fender well but only when I put it in a bind, doesn't touch the bottom of the front bumper though

well now im looking at just painting my current wheels to somewhat look like that. 5 star stock wheels, but i may paint them so only the outline of the star is silver, and the recessed inner parts are all black
