Tires...White lettering In or Out?

I am getting BFG ATs with teflon coated rims and was wondering if I should do lettering on the outside or black walls?

IMO white lettering on the outside looks rather dorky! Maybe 20 years ago it looked good but not so much any more!

Mine would only be white for about thirty minutes, then would spend the rest of their life muddy so I always turn my in...

in definitely. Over time, the white will fade, crack or peel; not to mention that it is never "white" again after a month or two.

I vote for deciding for yourself and there are similar polls on this forum and they pretty much are all the same.

IMO it depends on the tire's lettering since some look good (BFG A/T) and some are pretty gaudy (Bridgestones). If Nitto's TGs came with a white letter option they would look good;as far as my Duratracs went I chose black out but I am toying with the idea of trying white out but the Good year lettering might be a bit too much.

Blackwalls out always. At least that's the way I roll.....
