Okay my Runner is going in tomorrow to have the remainder of the scratches buffed out. Long story short they fixed one side 2 weeks ago and forgot to do the other side. These were there and noted when I took delivery of the truck. I had to get silly with the customer service rep so the rent a car is paid for since they dropped the ball 2 weeks ago.
Yesterday I rinsed of my ride (ashy here from all the fires) and notice the weather stripping on the front right window (pilar) has some gouges (not scrapes) in it like someone went a wall with a window washer. I'm not very fond of dealers messing with my cars as they always seem to fix one thing and break something else. It is a new car and I'm sure I'll be hawking it everytime I get in but the only way to fix it is to replace the window gasket/moulding and so far they're batting 0 with me in confidence. I hate to be "that guy" but why can't things be simple and people do a good job without messing things up?!? What do you guys think?
