Too good to die!

Hi,
I am thinking of turning in my 1990 SR5 4runner on a new Honda Accord under the C.A.R.S. (cash for clunkers) program for $3500, but I think it's really too nice to destroy. It's a red V6 automatic with 111,000 miles and runs fine. It has no major problems but some repairable rust on the door sills and over the passenger side rear wheel. Everything works but the A/C. It had the cylinder head gasket
recall and timing belt replaced at 69,000 miles. The only aftermarket items are 285/R15 B F Goodrich radial T/A tires and 2 Borla stainless steel mufflers in series (it was too loud with only one).
I don't have any pictures now but if there is interest from anyone, I will take some and email them to you or post them.

Cash for clunkers is killing the used truck market. There won't be any used trucks for less than 4500. That's a shame. It really hurts the guy who is trying to make a buck but can't afford a decent work truck.

If you were trading for a new 4runner then I would say your ok. But an accord? Man those are ugly!

On another note, I find it crazy that they actually have to "kill" the clunker before its shipped off. Its getting crushed anyway.
