Wanting to check and set the toe on my 08 v-6 4x4. I have the tools and experience, but I don't have the toe in or out specs for this rig. Can anyone help asap by chance? I want to do it soon.
Thanks in advance

I've been meaning to look up the specs for the T4R too. I do all my own alignments. I typically run 1/16" toe out per side, helps with Ackerman. But I believe 1/16'' toe in, zero or 1/16" toe out is very acceptable.

Thanks fellas for the info. I was hoping for something that minor. Currently I measured nearly 5/16 out. It cornered at fast on road speeds very well. The outside tire has a nice flat contact patch on cornering. The inner tire during hard cornering, well that's the give and take of hot rodding. It was a bit darty on the freeways with rain grooves cut in it. That was one of my first signs the front end was off.
At first I thought my tire wear was due to me asking the alignment guy for more -camber than the stock setting. He tried to argue with me about my requests. I try everything to reason with them and talk "shop" with the tech while trying not to offend. Many alignment techs know only the target #'s on their fancy alignment racks. Many techs do not know what these settings do out there on the streets. Eventually either the tech puts down their ego, and lets me explain my specific requests with all due respects. Other times I cant get a tech to fulfill my requests. At which time I ask for whatever rig Im aligning to come off the rack and I will take it home. Yes, Im that OCD high performance getting oldish former racer, high performance driving coach, car builder dude that knows what he wants and is not the average on or off road driver. Im special. I was told that as a kid when I was picked up for school by a small yellow bus that gave me door to door service. Not like those kids who had to walk to some meeting place uphill in the snow waiting for a much larger and crowded yellow bus! I knew then I was special to get that kind of service! lol :loco::becky:

Thanks to you guys in here, I set the toe to near perfection. I ended up with a tick over zero of toe in. She tracks straight, no pull, tire temps look great and the steering wheel is centered. Im tempted to purchase something like a Short Track racing camber/caster guage like I had years ago. That way I could do all of the setup myself. If anyone has any tricks/tools/guages ect to recommend for a do it yourselfer on his garage floor, Im all eyes and ears.
Thanks again for the specs. :biggrin2:
