Got the Trekmasters on but I had to show the mechanic how to re install the springs, I pretty much just needed his tools. My driver side set up with the old monroes was not tightened down causing the old shock piston to eat a second hole in the top plate and eat through it self. It was near snapping in half. The new shocks feel incredible though!

I bought a 1/4 inch top plate spacer from toytec but it turns out my truck leveled it self with the new shocks so if any one wants it let me know. Brand new in the box except I wrote "driver side" in perm marker for the mechanics.

I see we have the same suspension setup...it makes for a pretty plush ride doesn't it!!:bluejump:

much better with out those crappy monroes. Have you had to re-torque the nuts? How many miles on your set up? Any real off roading with it? Was it you that said you omitted a bushing? I'm excited, it's almost like having a new car. I had the shop put in royal purple like I do my self but they used some filter by "federated", supposedly a hastings product.

I have about 7k miles on them. I haven't re-torqued them and no I haven't been off roading. I will once the snow hits though! Ya, I am the one that posted about not having nor did I use the bushings. Did you end up getting some bushings for yours? I did have to replace my cv clamps after I installed them, but besides that its been smooth sailing.
