Tokyo Auto Salon 2011 Hilux Surfs

Just got back from Tokyo and wanted to share the pics I got of the Hilux Surfs there. Not as many as I hoped for, the 4x4 of choice there was the FJ Cruiser.

Tundra taillights and a small bed, the metal work on this this was really high quality.

The group that made the Tundra Hilux was a custom auto body school, so they weren't selling anything, it was just to promote the school. While this wouldn't work for most of you off-roaders, even the underside was painted Black with rainbow flake.


Don't know anything about these 4th gens but they looked clean.

Indeedy..with the exception of the grille being a bit too big..at first glance it looked like a Dodge Ram. Love the wheels on it and on the 4th Gen.

The grill in the first pic made me throw-up in my mouth a little. The rest of the truck and the following Runners helped to keep it down.
