Tons of snow in CO!!!

It is coming down HARD here in CO. Where I'm at in Littleton, the patio-furniture-O-meter is telling me about a foot and a half. According to the weather forecast, we could be in for another foot or more before this storm clears out.

Anyone had a chance to go play in it yet? I got out at lunch time and got to put my 4R through the paces. :biggrin2:

I know Ron doesn't live far from me. Had a chance to try out those new DuraTrac's yet???

You lucky bas****! We're only getting rain here in NY. The only snow we got so far was just flurries early last week. I can't wait for the first big storm!

Yeah, not bad for October!

I wish I could go up snowboarding but I have to work and the roads are a mess. If it's coming down like this before Halloween, I can only hope that there will be plenty more where this came from....

Just saw the weather forecast. The storm is supposed to pick up again early morning. Could be looking at 2-3 ft by the time this is done.

We got a little over 20" down in the SW (Ken Caryl) area but today looks like it'll be mellower with maybe another 6-8 before tonite. And my Duratracs are really impressing me.

Yeah, you must be real close to where I'm at. I'm at roughly C-470 and Bowles. Here is the 8am update....

Like you said, it is tapering off around here but 9 News is calling for another 3-6 inches. I've been working from home but I need another excuse to get out and drive around in it! :biggrin2:

And for those of you skiers and snowboarders that live in other states licking your chops, don't be too envious. As of this morning, Arapahoe Basin has only received 7" total out of this storm. Not bad for October, but we certainly got more down in town and the foothills than some mountain areas did.
