Took kit, what's included

I don't have the tool kit nor the tool to let down the spare tire. What all was included in the took kit?

Also, in the back cargo area there is a compartment on each side, behind the rear wheels. One of them has a strap, as if something "should" be held in place, such as a took kit. What was strapped in originally?

Sorry for the stupid questions but I would like to get everything back to original if possible.

I bought my 92 4Runner used , so I can't say for 'sure' what was in there, but--

Mine came with: 'L'-handle for the spare tire crank , plus an additional short extension to the crank, a center-cap removal tool, a center-cap installation tool, and the one-armed lug wrench.

I believe that the strap in the passenger side rear compartment was meant to be used to secure the pouch w/ tools. I don't use mine for that. I use it to hold my fire extinguisher.
