Took my side steps off

I posted this on Sunday , I really like it with the bars off , easier in & out , no dirty legs and pant's from dirty & muddy bars , it looks higher too.

The one thing I don't like is that byou can see more crap hanging down underneath like fuel tank , mufffler , t-case bracket's, ect........ I don't like that part of it , so I might put them back on to hide some of the side view of that stuff.

What do you guys think , especially the ones who took theirs off.

No way man! With the side steps the 4Runner looks more like a soccer mom truck. Remove them and it gives it some height. I just removed my sliders yesterday to recoat the paint and I'm digging the look as the truck looks a few inches higher and much more like a offroad truck.

I think the side steps look sporty, but the running boards look more "soccer mom". (By the way, I actually prefer the running boards.)

I like it without the bars too but my gf need it for in and out the truck. I may get the sliders in the future......I am broke now after the lift and new shoes.
