Torque specs?

I'm installing some 99 tall coils today in the rear and was wondering about torque specs. I will be taking off one of the panhard bolts and the lower shock bolt, any ideas on the specs? Any advice on the install? Thanks.

The panhard does not have to be removed, just the lower shock bolts and remove the swaybar from the links. If you do remove the panhard, just the left side.

I found that loosening the bolts that hold the brake lines along and on top of the axle gave good flexibility along with removing the spare tire and drums helped stabilize the axle as I lowered it.

Here is a write up on the 4th generation, but it follows the same guidelines as spring install for the 3rd gen.
