Torsion Bars?

Ive got a 94 4runner with a 4 inch trailmaster lift. The passenger side seems to be sagging slightly. And the front end is sitting lower than it used to. The shocks on it are not more than a year old so i think theyre ok. But i did read in my haynes book about the degree markers on the on the front a arms and that they are used with the torsion bars. Mine are not on the same mark as each other. Could this be the issue? Also my rear sway bar is snapped right above the pumpkin. I was told it was spring steel and was not weldable. Would i need a sway bar set up for a rig with a 4 inch lift or would a stock one work? Any help greatly appreciated. I am getting it back on the road 2morrow after fixing some odds and ends and replacing the clutch again. STOKED! Thanks again!

You can adjust the t-bars to remove the sag.
Sway bar can't be welded, must replace it. You can use the same links for the 4" suspension that you're using now.
