Towing advise

So i have a 2008 sr5 4x4, i have 255 70 r17 tires with wheel spacers, 5100 bilstines maxed out, 1.5 coil spacers and fj springs. I am gona be pulling a hualmark 14x7 dual axle trailer, when i was pulling it down the road it bucks a little when i go over bumps. Is there any way to correct this issue? Im gona be driving 2000 miles next month so i wanted to see if i can make it ride better. When the bucking happened i had the trailer empty. I should be pulling about 4500 to 5000 lbs with trailer and truck. If i get air bags then will that help at all or do the bags just level the truck out?

What do you mean by bucking? Is it the trailer bouncing up and down or is it jerking the 4Runner in the direction of travel? Does the trailer have surge brakes?

Hopefully this doesn't insult your intelligence but did you make sure you have the right sized ball? I'd imagine a trailer that size has a 2" ball, it's amazing the difference the 1/8" makes if you have a 1 7/8" ball on the hitch. Add that to the slop in the receiver with a low tongue weight and the trailer can move around quite a bit.

I'm definitely not an expert on towing but I have towed many times with my 4Runner and I just picked up a car trailer to pull project cars around, never know, I may end up with a similar problem.

What is the bucking like? It could be just the trailer bouncing around because it's empty. It may settle once loaded. Make sure you load it properly too, over the axles with a slight bias towards the front. Tongue weight should be 10-15% of trailer weight. With that lift you'll need a drop hitch as well. Make sure the trailer sits as close to level as possible. With that weight I'm hoping you have trailer brakes and a controller?

lol no the ball is right its a 2 and 5/16 ball. good question though. it bucks/bounces. im running a 3 1/4 drop on my hitch. ill have to see how it feels loaded. i do know that i have to load it level. i do have the brake controller and it has brakes on the trailer that work great. ill just have to see how it feels loaded. thanks for the input, guys.
