Towing capacity

My 2010 4Runner SR5 V6 has a specified 5000 pound towing capacity. Would it be OK to tow a boat with around 5200 pounds total? Someone say I can add a transmission cooler to protect the transimission. Would that help? How much it will cost to add that?

I hope this link shows up, But its under the 5th gen. From what Ive read unless your traveling a very short distance and all on flat I wouldn't tow that much with my 4 runner
