Well I completed the install of my Hayden trans cooler, Prodigy brake controller and Hidden Hitch weight distribution hitch. I hooked the 4R up to a 19 ft travel trailer that weighs 4100lbs empty. I would guess that we added a few hundred pounds but it was only a one night trip to get a feel for the trailer.
I was worried that the 4R would not be able to handle the load but it actually did a pretty good job. Driving up into Laguna Seca it is a 16% incline and the truck definatly knew that the trailer was back there. All in all I am very impressed. Now I will start to venture out a little farther.
I am seriously thinking of insatalling a Magnaflow exhaust system. Are the power gains noticable or is it more for sound? Also would a CAI be worth installing as well. Anything I can do to make the towing easier(short of selling the truck) I want to do.
