Towing the 4Runner

I need to tow a 98 4Runner 4x4 I am buying and wondered if I can tow it with a car dolly? I'm thinking it will work if I put the transfer case in neutral???? But not 100% sure...... Anybody know for sure?

No...

You can't "dinghy" it on a dolly. Get it up on all four's on a trailer.

Yeah it can be done. I towed my 02 runner on a front wheel dolly using a duramax diesel 2500, just be carefull. , I just disconnected the drive shaft for the tow.
