So far the problem seems to point to the module. has anyone had similar problems? where to fins replacement mod?

ITs pretty common with our trucks due to the design of the module not protecting it from being shorted out. Mine went out and I was sick of it causing other problems where it would back feed into the truck and turn things on when it shouldn't so I just took the module out and left it since I dont tow.

I know there are a few companies that offer replacements, some are plug and play, some are not. This is the one I was looking at to replace mine before I removed it.

Thanks I had just tracked back to the mod. brake light in but not out and the harness checks out.
