Towing with a Confed Lift

I just installed the Cornfed Lift on my 03 V8. It stiffens the rear quite a bit. I was wondering if any of you who tow with your runner have the lift and if you have taken any precautions or noticed anything different about our trucks. I loaded the rear with 850lbs of corn the other day with no problems. However, I am thinking of buying a boat and had this thought.
