I want to say ground to fender is like 43" -43.5". I chose the 851's due to them being a bit taller and a higher spring rate. my rear bumper is pretty heavy and i carry a lot of tools and spare parts (~200#)

started my cargo box build and thanks a ton glen for welding the aluminum for me! still got a way to go but its a great start. the design is basically a copy of glen and sn0wrunner's.
the drawers are 1/16th inch aluminum and the box is built with 3/4 inch plywood i used 1/8 strap steel to mount it in the cargo area. onto the pictures
in the first 2 pics its just laying there not screwed together and yes there is a piece that goes along the back.

Looks good. Not too much gap at all with the 1" body lift too.

He did sell it a while back. He just bought a 1st gen last week from another member on here.

sn0wrunner is right i did unfortunately sell this rig.. but just this past weekend i bought a fully restored 1985 1st gen 4runner on 37's with front and rear lockers dual cased with a 3.4 swap and a full cage... its my new baby and i guess i will keep posting in this thread, becuause it does have alot of 3rd gen parts in it. stay tuned for some pics and i will do a build continuation thread.
