Toyo lift and level?

Ok guys... the Salsa Red TE has finally made it to my dealer...and the black leather with red stitching is in place.

I have to take my toytec lift over tomorrow for installation... I did a search and found a couple different opinions... I want a small amount of rake, 1/2 inch or a little more lower for the front...

So is it 3 inches on the front and 2 inches on the back to accomplish this, or 2.5 and 2? Another amount? Am I backwards? LOL

I'm doing Nitto terra grappler 285/70r17s I believe on the factory TE wheels... or have considered 275/70r17s with a little lower lift?

Mine came with a factory rake of 2 inches higher in the rear. I run my Icons at 2 3/4" front and 1 1/2" rear to give me about a 3/4" rake .Barely noticeable!

Which Toytec lift are you getting as they have a few? Probably the Ultimate and is adjustable in the front up to 3 inches and with the rears a 2 inch spring lift.

You'll still probably have some minor rubbing that you'll have to take care of with the 285's. Probably on your front mudflaps......no biggy!

3/2 and 265/70 and regretted it. Go for 285.

Toytec Ultimate

Its a toytec ultimate lift... I'm going to have them try a 2 3/4 front like you suggested Harper, and 3 in the back.

3/4 rake sounds good!

Dave , I meant to say oem rake is 2 inches higher in the rear,not the front and I just corrected it in my post.DOH!

Your Toytec rear springs will give the rear a ~ 2 inch lift and is not adjustable. Your fronts are adjustable and will give a maximum of ~3 inch lift. So if you run them at 3/2 ,you will have a 1 inch rake with the rear about 1 inch higher. That's what most people have .Hope that explains it better!

My rear springs are SAW's and only give 1 1/2 inch lift in the rear instead of the 2 inch of the Toytec springs. That's how I am able to get less rake. I was looking more for overall less height to make sure it will fit in my garage with a rack and lights up top.
