Anybody have experience with these? Tried searching, but didn’t find much. I’m currently running BFG KO2’s. They have been good, but their wet traction is awful once they start wearing, and they aren’t cheap. I do 99% of my driving on pavement, but like an aggressive look. Curious if anyone has used their tires, and what their thought on them are.

My buddy has them on his FJ and swears by them, but not much to report on wet traction in AZ. He got about 70k mi out of his first set. I, however, will take the price break and just get the Falken AT3's since they were literally half the price. And everything I've read on here (take with a grain of salt), people say the Falken's are better on wet than the KO2.

I had them on my 17 for about 15k. P rated version. They were quieter than my ko2s (about 15k on them now) but I don’t think the wet traction was any better. I got two nonrepairable flats in the Toyo and got the ko2. If I needed tires now I’d be looking at the falken and the Cooper at3. Both have more silica for wet traction

Incidentally, I just posted my verdict on SL Wildpeaks.
I had Toyo AT II SL on a Subaru that saw real mud but nothing by way or rocks. It was a great tire on dirt and okay tire on road.
I would not be too happy to buy now because it is a 10+ year old design. I asked Toyo if AT III is coming and they said yes but no release date available. That was months ago and not a word since.
I do need a new set and LTE Open Country is only 47lb which, combined with the second nylon ply puts it in the running but I think if I stick to low weight as a top priority I will go LTC KO 2 (three ply casing for 6 total like the LTE Toyo but C load vs E). Toyo CT is also in the running but the weight is tough to digest. It is the tire Toyo recommended for my particular use.
EDIT: so I went in the direction Toyo recommended but chose the Mickey Thompson ATZ P3 over the Toyo C/T.

Also curious of other people's exterience with the Toyos.

Mine aren't the "II's", but mine came with Open Countrys. 285's, P rated.
Wearing well, quiet, wet handling unknown (I live in the desert).
On the heavy side I think 60 lbs each. I would have no qualms buying them again (but I may try KO2 next).
I run them at 30 psi, I'm in rural AZ, mostly dirt "roads" (roads is being kind).
The picture on the rock is 15 psi.
