I thought I was having issues but in the end I really wasn't. I was easily able to download the zip file, I just couldn't open it. It boiled down to I had to use 7Zip to extract the .pdf file with the password, otherwise I couldn't.

No problems or issues with the extracted .pdf file.

those blue box buttons contained embedded links that contained personal information. i didn't want it left in this PDF file and I also didn't want to special edit 10,992 different links.

Yes. There is a separate wiring diagram. The problem with the wiring diagram is that it's interactive, meaning that there are like these mini videos on each page that have areas you can click that do certain things. Basically, it's complicated, even to download. So, I highly doubt it can easily be converted or saved as a PDF. The only method I can even think of is to use Chrome and save each page as an ".mhtml".

It can be used with any device that supports PDF's with bookmarks!
The PDF itself is not protected which means you can use other programs other than Adobe Reader to access it.

I risk sounding like a complete moron, but here goes. I do not have a PC or tablet. I don't even have internet options for my home address. Everything I do online is through my Samsung Galaxy S8 over mobile data. Is there any way for me to download this on my phone? I would love to have this for future reference, but after reading through the original post, I couldn't figure out what I need to do.

After clicking the "download" on the post, which file are we supposed to download from 7zip? Do we unzip the file using 7zip? And where does the password go? Sorry, I am unfamiliar with 7zip.
