That's why I was asking. A locker isn't really high on my list of things to do right now. I want to get a few other things done 1st. Camping gear, rear storage, new exhaust, maybe headers. Then, maybe the locker.
 
Doesn't the 6cy have 4 pinion gears and therefore a cross pin, the 4cy has 2 pinion gears and and a strait pin. That's a major difference and no they won't swap. I THINK.

They both have crosspins. However I believe the design is a little different between the two. The biggest difference between the two is bearing size, I do know that for sure.

What I meant was a cross pin in the shape of a cross, not a straight pin. 4 pinion gears need a cross shaped pin and it doesn't just slide out. 2 pinion gears has a straight pin.
