Take off the wheels, take off the hubs, pull the brake calipers, pull the CV axles, disconnect the sway bar, disconnect the tie rod ends and ball joints, unbolt the a-arms and remove.
I might have missed a small step or two. I'd budget at least a long afternoon to remove and replace each side. You might could do both sides in a day if you'd done it before and didn't run into any stuck bolts. Are you actually changing the a-arms, or just installing new bushings?
