If you were in Canada you would have pulled over and got a ticket as minimum or get your plate taken off and towed as maximum for running blue DRL/TurnSignals. Not as much because of blue DRL, but because of NOT AMBER turn signal. Law states: Amber front, Amber or Red rear.

I think the opposite - GOOD reason TO LIVE in Canada. Time to time I see those types of the bulbs on the Hondas and Acuras driven by teenagers and every time I saw them I've notice that those blue or white lights are barely noticeable in daylight and even worse at night. So by using them (most thinks its cool) they putting in danger themselves and traffic around. I prefer to drive at least one line off those UFOs, because seen them changing lanes and doing other questionable maneuvers without even looking around.

I live close to a Police station, haven't gotton any tickets yet. I also had similar lighting on my Celica with no problem. Camera makes the light look blue...they are actually hyper white. Lights are very noticeable in the daytime and they work fine for changing lanes. I don't follow all the state laws...I'M LAWLESS!!!

Yeah I thought they were blue, lol I was about to say... "Man how does he get away with that?" Cause around here in Tennessee if you had that many blue lights on your car, you'd have like 3 or 4 cop cars on you and probably a SWAT team... lol. Hell I got pulled over weekly for havin blue LEDs in my license tag but they never gave me a ticket.XMAN05LTD said:

I like the headlights and will prbably pick a set up for my '04 T4R SR5 I just purchased. Although, the angel eyes leave much to be desired. I am working with my sponsors to try to make a set of much brighter DDE's (Angel Eyes) for the T4R. I would post pictures, but I am a nob, so it will have to wait.

Sorry, I am new and all to the T4R, but not new to the H1's. I have been a BMW owner for about 12 years now, and have ran numerous different models with H1's on headlights and fogs. Some came stock, and some where mod's. Never have I had a problem, as I think it lies in the projector. I have a great set up of H1's on my modded 328 that looks great, also running H1 HID's on my lows, highs, and fogs in a perfect set up on my M3. I think it all might be in the application, but H1's aren't fog only bulbs.cdoyle said:

i know how everyone knocks on ebay for being unreliable for these but i found a set of these halo projectors with a 6000k HID kit for 245$ shipped or with a 8000k hid kit for 280$ shipped.

The higher the color temp, the less usable light you'll have on the road. When you get up into the blue/purple light, it scatters more in fog/rain/snow and makes it even harder to see.
I've learned so much about HID and LEDs there. It's a whole forum dedicated to HID and LED applications.

Hey guys, new to the forum here.
I have a 2006 Sport, tried installing the Halo HIDs yesterday. I was able to get the headlights out, BUT, ran into a problem and i'd like to know if anyone had a similar issue. No instructions came with the lights.
The low beam wiring harness clicks into the HID low beam on the new headlight, but nothing happens. After further looking at it, it would appear that the harness on the new light (for the low beams) is for a 9006 rather than the H11 bulb that's stock.
Anyone run into this? When I plug the highbeam harness (on the car) into the new light (low or high beams), they both work. I was hoping not to have to cut into the wiring as to avoid warranty issues later.
Also, how would you recommend wiring up the halos and leds? Did you just tap into the wiring for the parking lights?
Help is appreciated. If anyone has instal instructions or know where to get them, please let me know. I spent a few hours last night only to have to put the stock ones back in ;-(

in the one i bought the listing showed 06 as well...
i want to keep them- heres my question- can i direct wire them (essentially bypassing the harnesses)? I would think that is possible. not fun but i also dont want to have to return them this far into it.
also- anyone have any experience doing this mod- how do you hook up the halos and LEDS? no instructions accompanied my HALOS.
