Toyota Coolant

I've been wondering about the funky color coolant in my 98 4runner.
Is this stuff better/different than the regular Green stuff.
Are they compatible and can be mixed?
I guess what I'm asking is: If I do a flush
in my driveway, should I refill w/ Toyota Brand or Prestone?
I did a search and didn't find any info.

I use Toyota coolant always. Your coolant is red I take it?

Yes, It's the Toyota red coolant.
It came with the truck - So I don't know how old it is.
I have (somewhere!) a coolant checker
I'll see if that says it's still good.
