Toyota/Lexus

I know about the 4Runner/GX470 similarity. What other Toyta/Lexus combos are there? I always thought one of their big ones might have been the LandCruiser (US). thanks guys

GX = T4R

RX = Highlander

ES = Camry

IS = Altezza (at least in the past)

you mean as far as looking similiar? cuz thats where it ends. completely different platforms, ie rwd vs fwd. The Avalon is based off the Camrys platform as far as I know.

Only design wise. The front and rear lights look like the ones on the Avalon. Some of the interior features also look alike.

RX, ES, Sienna, Highlander, Camry and Avalon all share a similar platform.

The FJ Cruiser also shares a similar frame to the 4Runner. The Tacoma uses a similar front suspension to the 4Runner/FJ/GX.

The Seqouia and Tundra share a similar frame.

While they are not exact cousins of each of other, they share the same DNA.
