Toyota scan tool?

Does anyone make a Toyota scan tool/software package so you can plug into the OBD II port to reset and change ECU settings?

After 25+ years of owning VW, I'm new to Toyota's. VW's have something called VAG COM which you can access the ECU to reset CELS, view/change vehicle preferences like DRL, locks, etc..

I have seen a couple of Windows-based OBD programs that now support sending arbitrary commands (if you know which bytes to send to do whatever, it would send them), but I haven't seen the command strings that are specific to Toyotas.

This year, Toyota has switched to a Windows-based OBD scan tool, called TIS Techstream. It's expensive, and it requires annual support and a TIS subscription to keep it updated, but it's possible to buy it.

No I do not believe there is one. There are many scan tools that read the sensors. I have one, but to reset or Mod the ECU requires an expensive $$$$ device.
