Seriously? Put it in neutral. don't shut it off or you lose the power steering assist. Use your turn signal and pull over. Then shut it down.

Are people really not smart enough to figure this out? I hear the 911 call of a guy complaining that his brakes could go out after 5 minutes of a stuck throttle and I could only think "Darwin, save the rest of us."
