I would guess that's exactly what it is based on those tires.

Probably not. Those are smaller tires than the current RAV4 models (which range from 225/65R17 to 235/55R18). I wouldn't be surprised if it's a tarted-up AWD version of the upcoming C-HR. :barf:

Yep, a whopping 27.7" tall. Pretty hardcore.
I really hope MT doesn't know what they're talking about (wouldn't be the first time) and this is actually targeted towards the rally car crowd.
The 2018 Rav4 is testing the water with the Adventure trim. The RAV4 gets a full redesign in model year 2019. This concept will be the direction of the next gen Rav, IMO. The Trailhawk trim sells well for Jeep in the Renegade and Cherokee; Toyota probably noticed this.

that pic looks like a low profile tire for sure...if so, its a lousy tire
for off-roading....no freakin side wall....just sayin.....lolll

The FT-4x trademark came out right around the time Ford announced the Bronco. Almost every article since then has been talking about a possible FJ replacement or another Bronco competitor.
Everyone is going to be waiting on it. Then they will get shown a beefed up Rav4 or something.

Rav4 "Adventure" has already been shown, it's a done deal...
This FT-4X is something very different. Remember that many concept cars generally use bigger tires and wheels for visual impact and production implementation is usually very different.
