Toyota Warranty

Here is the situation. I don't think that Toyota has a purchase penalty if you decide to buy your lease early. I am one year into my lease and am pondering selling the 4Runner. Don't get me wrong, I love the truck, its just that if i can get enough for it to pay it and the negative equity off, I can start clean. I also purchased the maintenance plan that gets me free maintenance for the life of the lease.

Here's the question: If I sell it, does the warranty and the maintenance plan transfer?

It should say right in the contract you signed. It will either be transferable or non-transferable. If it is a plan with your lease I assume you will not be able to tranfer it and it will be valid with YOUR lease agreement.
