Toyota website - service history

Looks like Toyota website folks recently updated the Service History function. Tried adding a new service item, but it doesn't show up on the list. I sent an e-mail to Toyota, but no response yet. Just wondering if anyone else has had the same problem.

Also, for those of you who use the Service History function, what do you think of this newest version? I think I like the old way better. A printed report, for instance, used to take 2 pages, now it uses 5!

i tired to use it for the first time yesterday and site was down due to changes then today i did it but couldnt see my service history. i think they are just making a bunch of changes and it will be back up soon hopefully?
