Help! I am installing a toytec boss lift kit on a 2013 toyota 4runner and am having some problems. I have the radiator support relocation brackets in place and now my skid plate is hitting them and won't hinge back in place. What am i missing to fix this?

Are you talking about your skid plate not going back in place or the radiator brackets?
I am pretty sure those spacers are part of the sway bar relocate.
My BOSS kit only came with sway bar relocate spacers and dont recall anything being done with the radiator brackets.
Im running no sway bar and RCI front skid with no issues

I had the sway bar relocation brackets installed and was rubbing on the support arm. They told me i needed to install the radiator support relocation brackets to stop the rub. Now my skid plate wont hinge over the radiator support brackets. And i can't even seem to get the skid plate off. Got 1 hinge off but cant get the other.

Ok, so i finally got the skid plate competely off. Here is where i am at. I installed a toytec boss lift on a 2013 toyota 4runner. I installed the sway bar relocation and the diff drop. When i got done i had a horrible rubbing noise. After a lot of looking i found that the sway bar was rubbing the radiator support bracket. Found out i should have installed the radiator support bracket spacers even though it said for 2010+ fj. So i installed the radiator support bracket spacers and now my stock skid plate which is on hinges in the front wont swing back up to bolt in place because its hitting the radiator support bracket. I have removed the skid plate for now, and it looks like there are extra holes for bolting it in the front, but i do not have any bolts for the front. If anyone has ran into this problem in the past i would appreciate any help. Thanks.

Is your 4runner an SR5 or trail edition w/ kdss? If it is a trail then you would not need the spacers for radiator support or sway bar relocation.

Its an SR5. I talked to Toytec this morning. They said that i could no longer use the hinges with the stock skid plate but there should be two front bolts that will hold it in place. I was missing the front bolts so i stopped at Toyota and picked up some today. i am going to try to remount the skid plate with them later today.

I accidentally installed the sway bar relocation spacers (not need since I have KDSS) and my skid plate hangs lower so I needed longer bolts for the front of the skid plate which is not provided by Toytech. Couldn't use the old bolts so I just went to Ace hardware and bought longer bolts and some nuts to use it as a spacer for the bolts.
