I installed a 2" front spacer today to level and it appears the front is not leveled but sitting about a 1" higher than rear. Is this something that will settle or should do something to level it.

Did you take before and after measurements on level ground?You can't go by appears,you really need measurements.
I put the Toytec front spacers on my Limited and have about a 1/4 inch rake from front to back. Meaning the back has a 1/4 higher measurement and I measured from the ground to the fender lip ,straight up from the center of the wheel. I had a 2 inch rake before the spacers so they gave me about a 1 3/4 front lift. Granted , I believe the Limited weighs a little more.
