Yes, it will give you a LITERAL 3/2 lift. Regarding the UCA's: It depends. You do not HAVE to get UCA's as long as you stay AT or LESS then 3" of lift in the front. That being said, when you are AT 3" in the front, you are at the absolute limit and getting your rig properly aligned is a challenge, plus you reduce the life of your ball joints. If you can afford them, YES, I would recommend getting the UCA's as they should make alignments quite trouble-free.
Agreed. I have the 3" Toytec with Bilsteins and without the UCA's I couldn't get it into specs. I have since replaced my UCA's and the ride itself handles a lot nicer. Very happy with the lift I went with. Pics are in my build thread below.
