Toytec Ultimate Lift

Hey folks,

Just wondering, I've been seeing alot of rigs lately running the Toytec Ultimate Lift. Is it just me, or does the rear sit lower than the front on this lift?? If so, what would be the benefit to having the rear lower than the front??

I'm not planning on changing my setup, just thought I'd ask the question, as it was something I just couldn't figure out.....lol!

It sits pretty level for the most part. The front is adjustable, so it can be moved up or down to match the rear. Toytec also ordered some new rear springs for the 3rd gens that are a little bit longer and should give about 4" of lift in the rear. Last I heard they were still being made.

I havent seen many 4runners that looked lower in the back with this lift... Id say the majority of them look leveled out with no rake. The coilovers adjust up to 3 in the front and the ome old man emus give 3 in the back. I just bought the kit and i wanna run 2.5 or 2.75 in the front for a little bit of rake.

Sometimes I think my looks a little lower in the back, but others it looks pretty level maybe even a slight rake. The fronts are adjustable so you can change the height, I haven't played with those yet.

I think mine just barely looks level and I have the 10mm spacers installed too. I do not have the cone bumpers since the PO had air bags in there. Maybe with them I'd have a slight rake but I was hoping for about an inch with the 890's and spacer.

I have the fronts at about 2.5" of lift. Only 5/8ths of an inch of thread are showing under the lock nuts on the coilovers. So I'm sure mine isn't set as high as most on here.

mine is level I measured the first day I installed and recently today (over a week). still level....
