Toytec Ultimate vs. SS 1.2

A few questions, let me know your feedback please:

1. Why no extended rear brake line or adjustable panhard bar on Toytec Ultimate?
2. Why Bilstein 5100 and not 5150 reservoir shocks on the SS1.2

D'OH. Should have searched this regularly discussed topic. Think I'll go with SS 1.2 as it appears to be a more complete kit.
