That is completely ridiculous. It can't be true can it?Get used to it unfortunately. Mine was only squeak free for a week.
My TC UCAs are silent for going on 2-3 years.... Could be install error. Have to grease correctly(as mentioned above)... and I do Dry lube the uniballs every few months.
Give us a picture of what the bushings look like. Many people over grease the zirks which make the bushings bulge. You don’t want the bulge. You can use a paper clip or an awl to release grease from the zirk.

Very true. I even called total chaos. They are the ones that recommended greasing everything. Even the parts they saw not to grease. I know for a fact it's the washers on the bushings. I can only get it to stop for a hundred miles or so.That is completely ridiculous. It can't be true can it?
Let me know if those help. I was thinking a slight dimple in the washers would back them off the bushings just enough to not let them squeak. So I have been back to the installer 3 times. It is definitely the bushings on the UCA’s. They have been cleaned and regreased twice. No noticeable change. Ordered another set of bushings today so we will see if that helps. If not I will have a set of UCA’s for sale. I am OCD AF about squeaks and rattles
