TPMS and TRD Pro Wheels on 2012 Limited

Didn’t see really any info on this while searching. I can confirm that TRD Pro wheel TPMS sensors from a 2018 can be reprogrammed to a 2012 model. Discount Tire was able to reset/reprogram in a matter of minutes.

Thanks for this info. I have a set of 2018 trail wheels with tpms that I want to put on my 2014. Looks like it should work.

Thanks for posting. I am pretty sure these are all 315mhz sensors so even different parts numbers as long as the transmitter frequency and datatype is the same, should work.

For the first couple months I dealt with the light being on, thought I was going to have to swap my old ones but alas DT was able to do it.
