TPMS Issue after switching wheels

So, on Saturday I swapped my 05 SE wheels for 07 Gunmetal grey Sequoia wheels. First off they were balanced like shit and shook the wheel above 50 mph. My main issue, however, is the TPMS light came on this morning when I started the vehicle. The odd thing is that after maybe 5 miles or so the light flashed maybe 10 times and then went off. The light is still off and the pressures are fine and I called the service manager and he said the only thing he could think of was that the sensors were "recalibrating" after being switched into the different wheels. Anyone else have this issue after switching the sensors into a different set of wheels??

I'm not really sure what would go wrong in switching the wheels, all they're doing is taking out the sensors and putting it on the other set.. i had mine for about 2 months now and still works perfectly.. they might have broken a sensor

Thanks! Ya, I'm kind of thinking the same thing but the light went off...kinda bizarre. If it comes on again I will definitely be taking it back in quickly. I have to take it back anyways to have them rebalance the wheels because the balance job was horrible, which is odd considering I had the stock wheels/tires rotated and balanced at the same dealership the week before and they were really smooth. At least it was a Toyota dealership that would have broken the sensor so they would have to give me a new one!
