On a side note, do let us know if you have some interesting side effects? One member said they noticed that one of the calipers was no longer responding when ABS kicked in and/or when they tried to bleed it or something after they did the mod.

Locking the center diff will turn if off, fyi (along with VSC).

if you lock the center diff, do you have to keep it under a certain speed?

i'm not trying to do 60 mph drifts, im just wondering so i dont ruin anything lol.

Nope. Not while locking/unlocking or afterwards, but VSC (skid control) will be off too.

Just keep the wheels relatively straight while engaging.

Out of curiosity though, has anyone else noticed some oddities when doing this VSC/TRAC disable mod? I'll have to dig up the thread that member made, but when I read it; it actually made a bit of sense why one of his calipers wasn't working right because of the mod.

If you don't have time to do the mod, pull the ABS fuse. I live in BC, driving the so called "highway to hell" to Vancouver every month and local ski hills, and no issues.
