My trac , vsc and abs lights keep coming on but its not throwing any codes on my 2002 sr5. I read it could mean low break fluid which it had so I added fluid the light went off but then came back on and sometimes they are on and sometimes they are not. Checked all the connectors on the master break cylinder they all appear to be good anyone deal with this before?

Could be the brake light switch failing, and that's not uncommon. Could also be a wheel sensor.
If the brake light switch isn't the issue you can do a zero point calibration, and count the number of blinks your abs and trac like have. There's a certain rhythm to the blinks, and when combining the amount of blinks you can have an idea of where the issue is. For instance, the abs will blink 2 times, pause, and 1 blink (same with the trac light). This would be ABS 21 vs trac 21, and can pin point the issue.

Do you have any engine codes? Certain engine codes will cause the ABS to be disabled and turn on the ABS/VSC/Trac lights. Check wiring, and the electrical connectors for corrosion. If you have a way to view ABS data drive the vehicle and see if any wheel speed readings are inaccurate or lazy. (3 wheels show speed at 1.5 mph and the 4th doesn't show speed until 8mph for instance) Bad front wheel bearings or rear axle bearings can also cause the ABS light to illuminate with out codes, but would usually set a code saying signal erratic or something along those lines.

I'm also working through an ABS / VSC / TRAC issue. I'm still figuring this out as I go, so take what I say with a grain of salt.
How are you reading the codes? On some systems (ultragauge, for example), ABS errors don't show up.
First, do what this guy does to get the codes.

Both your ABS and VSC/TRAC will likely show codes, you have to check both.
The go to page 410 in the FSM to read the ABS codes and (413 for VSC.)
The chart doesn't spell it out, but I assume that the last two numbers of the DTC No. are the code you're getting from the truck. So if you're getting 3,4 code from the flashing light, that matches C0215 / 34: "Left rear wheel speed sensor signal malfunction"

Another thing I came across researching this is that a lot of people recommend a zero point calibration for the yaw and deceleration sensors as a first step in troubleshooting. I've been too busy this week to do it, but it looks pretty easy.
