High for KBB maybe, but in all actuality I just bought my 2010 Taco for 30K... It however is probably only valued at 15K now though

We take the kbb private party values of my tacoma and your 4runner. The difference is paid in cash. I think this approach is fair.

If your 4runner is mostly stock you will probably make out a little better.

I am buying a second vehicle and would build the 4runner into an expo vehicle.
