Ok...
First off I will actually speak from Exp....
If it is just small arms you are ok in this thing. Now, anything other than that you are going to be Fed up. I'll just leave it at that. even wearing this it helps(http://www.peltormilitary.com/sites/military/ComTac Kits - Web pages April 2011.pdf) you but still your head is just so jacked from the concision of the blasts. One other issue with this stuff. The trucks are SO SLOW!!!!! Take forever to get them going
I had an instructor once say" Yet some yander" best way to deal with that issue, lol
