Trail Grapplers??? Yay or Nay?? Opinions??

Hey Everyone,

I've searched and didn't find any threads that are more recent than a few years.

I have a '16 TEP with Bilsteins 1.75" and 1" rear... I'm looking to go stock size and take advantage of the Discount Tire rebates.

I love the look of MTs but, I probably won't ever use them. Does anyone have any experience with these in stock form that can provide an opinion.

My second choice would be the Ridge Grapplers as I can get them in Cs vs Es.

I have the Ridge's on my 4runner, and I love them. They are no louder than the Toyo AT2's I was running on my Tacoma. Plus they look badazz!

Based on your post you should without doubt go with the RGs in load C.

If you have to pick between Ridge or Trail and you will never use a mud terrain for mud, then the Ridge Grapplers would be the better choice. The RG has better performance in every scenario except full off-roading.

It was the responses that I knew were coming!!!!!

I know I'd be happier with a C vs E rated tire too.

I'll just wait until this is paid off and then build it up out of warranty lol...
