Trailer Camping at Cal City

Just thought that I'd post some pics of my rig towing a little toy hauler last weekend.

Fun weekend. The V8 4wd truck pulled the trailer no problem. I had no trouble with pulling up any hills or merging onto the freeway. The trailer weighed less than 5K lbs. all loaded with the bikes and water and everything else for the weekend.

I have airbags in the back and they made a big difference in leveling the truck.

The only drawback was 9.5 mpg!

Looks like the airbags eliminated any rear end sag quite well. What PSI did you have them at?

I aired them up to about 25 psi. I also have the FJ suspension, so I'm sure that helped with the leveling.

KLX450? wanna buy my KX250f to have a matching pair? How did the truck handle going up to Cal City with the air bags? Where you at in Socal...I am just west of the VA in Long Beach.

I was wondering what kind of trailer that is. Do you have any interior pics? I was also curious to find out where you put your dirt bike. It's kind of hard to tell from the side pics.

Nice little toy hauler!! :thumb3: Thats the perfect size for the fam and a toy or two! I cant wait till the snow melts so i can dewinterize my RM250!!
