Trailer hitch for under $300 installed?

Is it possible? I recently bought a snowmobile and will need to pick it up from Caribou, ME. About a 20 hour drive round trip for me.(Yes it sucks but i got a good deal.)

I am looking into getting a hitch asap installed but really dont want to spend over $300. My dad says U-haul but i have heard horror stories. Whats my best bet?

I will most likely only being towing a two place snowmobile trailer with two sleds. Max of 2500 lbs.

Wow awesome response thanks alot! I was just looking on ebay at this same one for $150 !

Great price! I will probably order this now considering its a great price. Hopefully someone else can chime in as to whether this is a good buy or not? Im assuming that the wiring is not hard either?

Does an oem one mount up the same way as an aftermarket? I just went out to look under my truck and it looks like rust has had its way with some of the pre welded nuts in the frame where that curt one mounts. and, two of the holes still had bolts in them where someone looked like they sawzalled them right off. No way they are coming out. Looks like i will need a welder or something.

This sucks.

I'm gonna be spraying some pb blaster under there every night until i get the hitch, mines rust free being a CA car it's whole life, I'm sure any shop can get those nuts off in no time though!
 
Curt Manufacturing 55341 T-Connector = wiring kit. I got a reese hitch but they do have the curt one on amazon $140.
 
Look at a near by junk yard. I was looking on haul for one and fell asleep before confirming my order, next day I went to a junkyard with a friend and found a few stripped 3rd gens and got my hitch for $15. Also the far back bolts come welded on and the screw that goes in there comes welded to a thin rod to use to reach back there. I believe the second to last is reversed so the bolt is welded on the inside and the screw goes up from the outside

i never owned an after market so i dont know but i know the oem is held on by 4 bolts
