Trails this weekend?

Anyone hitting up the trails this Saturday? Nothing too far? I am from Orange County. Westminster to be exact. Nothing difficult, I have 2WD. Would prefer to drive on dirt and small rocks to check out the scenery.

I may be going to hungry valley on Sunday to test out my lift. I can let you know for sure.

Holy Jim? Rowher? What time you plan on going? I'll probably be doing some maintenance in the morning, but should be free after that.

maybe holy jim? where is rowher? i was trying to go pretty early. i just bought an air compressor and this would be my first time airing down. wanted to see how much of a difference it'll be, comfort and traction wise. What time do you think you'll be done?
 
I'm also looking for a trail on Sunday to test the new lift on my 16 TEP

I was thinking of hitting rowher or hungry valley Sunday too...post up with a time and place

Hungry Valley is off of I-5 in Gorman, near Hwy 138...its a state rec area with a nice 4x4 practice area, costs $5 for a day pass, $10 to camp

Rowher Flats is in the NE area of Santa Clarita, it has 2 entrances - on San Francisquito Cyn Rd by the Bouquet Reservoir and on Sierra Hwy at Rush Cyn Truck Trce...has 2 4x4 trails - Rowher and Lookout, and lots of dirtbike trails, if you trailer anything in you will need an adventure pass for the parked rig.
 
i'd like to hit the practice area in Hungry Vlly, make sure the upgrades are working correctly. let me know if you go and i'll meet ya there...hopefully i'll have my towbar finished and i can see if she flat tows alright
 
I'm actually hitting up Rowher again tomorrow. Cousin just installed a lift on his XV, so we're going to test it out. Not sure on the time yet though, but I know it's in the morning before it gets too hot.

I'm a first timer, never have been as well, looking for something easy.
